Welcome to the Training Modules.
There are eight Modules, and each module has two lessons and two exercises except number one which has 3 lessons and 3 exercises. The first Lesson in the Module is the Theory and that is followed by the Exercise Information Video and then below that is the exercise instructions and any downloadable forms.
On the left side is the call-to-action menu and that is only seen in the shrink page view. It will disappear in the full screen mode, and these are controlled by the arrows at the top right of the page next to your name. This Menu lists each video for each lesson and each exercise. There is a survey after each exercise that needs to be filled out before you move on. This allows you to communicate to the team and Dave Rolfe.
You can also navigate to the next lesson or the previous lessons using the > or < tabs at the top right area of the page and you can also find the next Video in the module or the Survey for the Module in the Content Section at the end of the Instructions.
Below each video are instructions that should be read before viewing the video and after you have one or two done it will be routine from there. Enjoy the program and we welcome all feedback and comments.
